All non-members must not register online until they have had attended our trial dates and or have been offered a position at UQFC.

U6-U11 players will be placed into teams depending on what school they attend or if they have friends at the club, this information will be collated at our sign on days.

2017 REGISTRATION DAY

Season 2017 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
Whilst online registration is mandatory through www.myfootballclub.com.au making your registration payment online is optional. If you are a returning UQFC player, you are encouraged to complete your registration process by making your payment online (subject to applicable credit card surcharges). If you are a new player to UQFC you can still pay online but will need to attend the Sign On day and bring with you ‘proof of age’ documents.
For those eligible and wishing to claim family discounts, you will be required to attend and pay manually. Please complete the self-registration process online and request that the ‘My Football Club’ system create an invoice which is emailed to you. Print out the invoice and bring it with you to the Sign On/Information day as proof of registration. Payments in cash or debit/credit card can then be made in person on the scheduled dates.
Have you uploaded a photo into myfootballclub?
We require all members to upload a passport style photograph into their myfootballclub page to allow registration to be complete.

When contacting the support centre, to help us answer your query quickly, please have the following player details available before you contact us: First name, Last name, FFA Number, Date of birth, Home address, Last club played for.
Training Equipment (junior members only):
Training kit will not be included in our junior members packs and obtaining new training kit is optional for returning players to purchase. However, new players to UQFC in 2017 will be required to purchase a full training kit as part of their registration terms & conditions.
All registered players will receive a new pair of playing socks as part of their registration and will be handed out to them through the Team Managers.
Multiple players from a single family (junior members only):
Families with multiple children playing at UQFC will receive discount off their third member’s set of fees ($75) and $50 for every sibling thereafter (does not include NPL players).
We suggest families with 3 or more children to not pay online as the MFC system will not recognise the discount. Families can pay at the clubhouse and the club will amend the printed invoices at the designated registration day.

Get Started is one of three funding programs that comprise the Queensland Government’s Get in the Game initiative to support grassroots sport and recreation. Get Started assists children and young people who can least afford or may otherwise benefit from joining a sport or recreation club.

I am playing up an age group but I can not find the fee package online?
For boys and girls playing up one age group the myfootballclub system has been amended this year to allow you to register online in generalised age groups (ie U12-U15 Divisional Girls or U7-U11 Miniroos Boys) However, a PA-01 form will still be required to be completed and handed to your Team Manager prior to the playing of any games.

Please note however that NO player will be eligible to play up an age group without the PRIOR APPROVAL of our Director of Football.

Where does my money go?
A common question and one that is important for our members to understand. Registration fees paid by players are made up of the following but not limited to:
Why is my fee different to others who are the same age?
Fees are higher for certain age groups and in particular SYL & Division 1 players for various reasons:
Player fees include a compulsory club membership (as constituted) and it is important you select the correct fee package to complete your registration and the system will only players to register in their year of birth, not the team/division they wish to play in.
For players under the age of 18 years old, a membership will be issued in the name of their legal guardian as identified in My Football Club.
